We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@pogocycles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions
Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A fee of 30 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

Feidhmíocht Réidh & Ciúin
Tá an P20 cumhachtaithe ag mótar hub ciúin 250W a sholáthraíonn cúnamh pedal freagrach le torann íosta. Tugann sé luasghéarú réidh do shráideanna na cathrach agus do chosáin rothaíochta. Déanann an mótar ciúin gach turas níos compordaí, fiú le linn na ngluaiseachtaí gnóthacha.
Cuireann an ceallraí litiam 36V 9.6Ah raon tiomána suas le 100 km ar luchtú amháin ar fáil. Ní gá do chuid is mó de na rothaí an ceallraí a mhuirearú ach cúpla uair sa tseachtain. Caith níos lú ama ag muirearú agus níos mó ama ag rothaíocht.

Deartha do lucht siúil uirbeach, clúdaíonn an ENGWE P20 i gceann 10 soicind ag úsáid próiseas simplí trí chéim. Le meáchan de 18.5 kg amháin, tá sé éasca a ardú, a iompar, agus a iompar. Stóráil é i do árasán, oifig, bosca carr, nó tóg é ar iompar poiblí go héasca.
Tógtha do Iontaofacht Laethúil

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Engwe L20 3.0 Boost E Bike
Purchased through Bike to work scheme, generating online Invoice was easy & instant. Took 14 days from sending the Invoice to receiving the bike, delivered by FedEx from Poland in a box, about 85% assembled. Very well packaged, top condition, assembly was easy, watched a step by step video from Engwe.
Took longer to unwrap the bike and dispose of all the packaging than to assemble the few pieces. Tools came in the box as well.
Overall an effortless, pleasant experience buying from Pogocycles through the scheme, can't fault it. Very happy with the bike.

I went to work and hit a pot hole on a back road broke the light and fell of it because the light bent and burned off the wheel everything else is fine but my light is now broke and the electrical panel is visible because the plastic film on the front light fell off

Sturdy and intuitive commuter bike with great charge and frame. Easy and few parts to assemble. Unfortunately missing country appropriate charging cable (2 pin only).
