We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions
Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

BAFANG middenaandrijfmotor met koppelsensor
De BAFANG middenmotor maximaliseert het uitgangsvermogen en de belastingsbalans met een intuïtief reactievermogen waardoor het trappen natuurlijk aanvoelt. Het werkt synergetisch samen met de versnellingen van de fiets voor een hogere efficiëntie, wat zich vertaalt in een groter rijbereik per oplaadbeurt. Met een koppel tot 65 N.m kun je rijden om gelijke tred te houden met de verkeersstroom, of lange, soepele ritten de hele dag mogelijk te maken.
15Ah geïntegreerde buisaccu
Geïntegreerde verwijderbare en afsluitbare buisbatterij - Gemakkelijk op te laden, gemakkelijk te beveiligen. Met behulp van de maximale efficiëntie van de middenmotor breidt hij uw rijbereik uit tot wel 120 kilometer op één acculading. Het ingebouwde batterijontwerp zorgt voor stijl en prestaties zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van comfort tijdens het cruisen door de stad.
BAFANG LCD-scherm
Het BAFANG contrastrijke LCD-display is perfect afgestemd op de motor en onthult alle relevante informatie over uw rit. De gebruikersinterface is duidelijk leesbaar en intuïtief in gebruik en kan ook zonder problemen in direct zonlicht worden gelezen. De extra uitgang kan individueel worden aangestuurd door 5 ondersteuningsniveaus. Het voldoet aan beschermingsklasse IP 65.
Hydraulische verende vork
Het hydraulische druksysteem past de comfortwaarde aan voor een betere ervaring en verhoogt de prestatiestabiliteit (reisafstand: 63 mm). Met aanpassing van de rebound-snelheid kunt u de zachte en harde slag regelen, afhankelijk van de verschillende wegomstandigheden.
SHIMANO-schakeling met 7 versnellingen
Shimano's shifter en derailleur met 7 versnellingen zorgen voor nauwkeurig en soepel schakelen, zodat je aandrijflijn na verloop van tijd responsief blijft.
TEKTRO mechanische schijfremmen

Only downside to the bike for me is the saddle which isn't the most comfortable but overall I'm really pleased with my f20 master and would recommend

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.Check local country laws before purchase
