Fiido C11 Pro City Electric Bike

The Fiido C11 Pro City Electric Bike is an advanced urban e-bike designed for riders who value comfort, performance, and modern design. Combining lightweight construction with a powerful electric system and premium components, the C11 Pro is built to deliver smooth, efficient, and enjoyable rides through the city streets. Whether you’re commuting to work, running errands, or cruising for leisure, this e-bike brings convenience and quality together in a stylish package.

Lightweight and Sturdy Frame

The C11 Pro features a 700C aluminum alloy step-through city frame, designed to provide easy mounting and dismounting for riders of all heights. Its lightweight yet robust structure ensures excellent balance between strength and agility, making it ideal for urban mobility. Complementing the frame is an aluminum alloy suspension fork with 40 mm of travel and a 100 mm opening width, effectively absorbing shocks from uneven roads, cobblestones, and minor bumps. The aluminum alloy bearing headset ensures smooth steering and long-lasting durability, enhancing overall handling and ride stability.

Efficient Electric System

At the heart of the C11 Pro lies a 250W drive unit that delivers steady and quiet power assistance for daily rides. It’s paired with a DMEGC/EVE 499.2Wh battery, providing a generous range that supports long-distance commutes on a single charge. The 48V 2A charger ensures efficient recharging, with a full charge taking approximately five hours.
Riders can monitor vital ride statistics on the 1.47-inch LCD display, which clearly shows speed, battery level, and assist mode. The C11 Pro also includes a throttle function that supports a maximum assisted speed of 6 km/h, offering extra convenience during low-speed starts or walking mode situations.

Smooth Drivetrain and Control

The C11 Pro is equipped with a reliable SHIMANO TY300D rear derailleur and a 7-speed shifter, ensuring smooth and precise gear transitions to handle various terrains. The KMC Z7 chain and aluminum alloy 52T crank provide efficient power transfer, while the SHIMANO TZ500 7S (14–28T) rear cogs offer flexibility for both speed and climbing power. A key highlight is the Mivice S200 torque sensor, which intelligently measures pedaling effort and adjusts motor support accordingly. This creates a natural and responsive pedaling feel that closely mimics traditional cycling, while still offering the ease of electric assistance.

Reliable Braking Performance

Safety is paramount in the design of the C11 Pro. It features dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes with an integrated power cut-off system, ensuring immediate motor disengagement when braking. The hydraulic brake levers provide smooth and consistent control, allowing for confident stopping power even in wet or slippery conditions. This setup guarantees a safe and stable ride at all times.

Durable Wheels and Tires

The C11 Pro rides on 700×40C tires, which strike a perfect balance between speed, comfort, and grip. The aluminum alloy double-layer rims enhance durability, while the front hub incorporates a double-bearing barrel axle hub with a quick-release front axle for easy maintenance. Stainless steel spokes with brass nipples add to the bike’s structural integrity and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Comfort-Oriented Components

Comfort has been thoughtfully integrated into every component of the C11 Pro. The aluminum alloy handlebar (length 635 mm, max Ø 31.8 mm, min Ø 22.2 mm) offers an upright, ergonomic riding posture. The aluminum alloy adjustable stem allows riders to customize handlebar height and angle for personalized comfort. TPR non-slip handle grips (about 130 mm long) ensure a firm hold during long rides. The VELO vacuum full-fit saddle delivers excellent cushioning and ergonomic support, making it suitable for extended use. The aluminum alloy clamp-head seatpost (400 mm length, 33.9 mm diameter) provides sturdy and stable seating support.

Performance and Capacity

Despite its robust build, the Fiido C11 Pro maintains a net weight of just 24.5 kg while supporting a maximum payload of 120 kg. This makes it an excellent choice for riders who demand both portability and strength. With its refined engineering, modern aesthetics, and reliable components, the Fiido C11 Pro stands out as a premium city electric bike that perfectly combines style, functionality, and performance for today’s urban commuters.

Lcd panel buttons came off

Bought this bike before Christmas, but only assembled it today.

Took it for a quick spin and the lcd panel buttons blew off and don't reconnect to the panel. Needs to be glued or something.

Very disappointed as first extremely short spin and ran into issues.

Best bang for buck..?

The Fiido c21 has a lovely look and lovely feel. It's my first e-bike, and just within my budget at £999, including lights and mud-guards.

I use the bike for commuting and pleasure, and it handles roads and mild off-roading well. It struggles in deep mud, sand, super-steep slopes (up and down) and bigger rocky paths.

The (hidden!) battery lasted me 24 miles yesterday, ranging from 'off' to 'turbo' depending on hills. I will turn the motor off on flat roads and down-hills, next time. The bike handles and rides well without power, much like an older 80s rigid mountain bike.

My only complaints so far are:
Handle bars a little uncomfy, turning out more than I'm used to
Lowest gear is too high for technical riding and for steep hills and for medium hills if the battery is out. I'll consider adding a granny-gear on the pedal crank ring.

Another improvement would be to have up-down assist buttons on the left hand, and to have a simple hub-lock with a key.

I would absolutely love if the battery could re-charge on the downhills... Software update please, Fiido??

Good luck with this bike. I'm finding it hard greatly improved my outdoor travel experience!
