We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund

I put 2 seats on the back of it for my 5 and 6 or olds we go out for a cycle on it and it's brilliant no loss of power with kids on , I'm 90kg and with the kids on brings it up to roughly 130kg even so battery life is brilliant handles hill's like there nothing, fun for the whole family. If you have been thinking of getting one I highly recommend this one puts a smile on your face every time.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.Check local country laws before purchase

Absolutely flawless service from Pogo Cycles. The delivery arrived early, was well packaged, and I received regular updates along the way. No complaints whatsoever about the product or the service — I’d highly recommend them.
My experience with Pogo Cycles was mixed, but overall ended positively.
I ordered a Fiido D3 Pro through the Cycle to Work scheme. The main challenge was stock availability and constantly changing delivery dates, which caused quite a bit of confusion and delays. Communication could definitely have been clearer and more consistent at the beginning.
That said, once everything was clarified, Pogo Cycles followed through. The bike was eventually delivered to me in Poland, and although the helmet arrived separately and a bit later, it was also delivered as paid for.
Customer support stayed in contact and resolved the issues, and in the end I received exactly what I ordered.
The Fiido D3 Pro itself is a great little bike — compact, practical, and ideal for city commuting.
I would recommend Pogo Cycles, but with the advice that customers should expect possible delays if a product is on preorder and ask for clear confirmations upfront.
